RAPID ACTION TOOLS WORKSHOP

Leap Technologies’ Rapid Action Tools Workshop trains Lean Six Sigma project leaders (Green & Black Belts or equivalents) in the essential basics of chartering and leading improvement teams that can harvest “quick-win” opportunities in sprint timeframes. Participants not only learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma, they leave this workshop ready and confident to launch and complete a 60-day Rapid Action Project.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT: Speed and results! Instead of taking six to nine months to complete a project, graduates of the Rapid Action Tools Workshop complete projects within 60 days. Leap Technologies’ Deployment Planning & Control Workshop equips Deployment Leaders and full-time Belt resources with essential skills and knowledge for hardwiring Rapid Lean Six Sigma into their organization’s strategic planning, budgeting and performance review processes. Participants leave this workshop capable of engaging leaders in effective project selection and review meetings. In addition, options are reviewed and decisions made to put in place cost-effective systems for project tracking, employee communications, supplemental training, etc. to support ongoing deployment.
