| Q. |
How do I know if my organization is ready for a Lean Six Sigma Deployment? |
A.
|
From our perspective and experience, the answer to this question is very simple. If deploying Lean Six Sigma is not in the top three objectives of the Senior Leadership Team you are not ready for organization-wide deployment.
This does not mean that your organization cannot benefit from the application of Lean Six Sigma Tools. It does mean that you should test Senior Leadership commitment very hard before committing to the infrastructure development required to support organization-wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma ( i.e. selection and training of full-time Black Belts, Champion Training for Executives, Green Belt, Yellow Belt etc. training for managers and employees).
Leap Technologies is committed to helping organizations develop the right strategy for process improvement based on organization readiness and resource availability. We offer two distinct pathways for organizations looking for a more structured approach to process improvement: Action Workout for organizations looking to benefit from the application of Lean, Six Sigma, Workout and Innovation Tools without building the infrastructure of full-time Black Belts and Rapid Lean Six Sigma for organizations that are ready to commit to a “belt structure” to hardwire process improvement into the organization.
In either case, Leap Technologies’ innovative Action Workout and Rapid Lean Six Sigma Methodologies deliver results faster at a lower cost when compared to conventional alternatives.
