Leap Technologies provides end-to-end design, facilitation and coaching support to execute Rapid Improvement Campaigns that help leaders achieve critical business goals in less time than conventional change and improvements methods.

For each Campaign, we draw from our Fast-Change Toolkits to meet the level and scope of improvements needed. Rapid Improvement Campaigns involve one or many teams and can be linked together in response to organization-wide challenges. Every Campaign is led by an experienced Leap Fast-Change Coach.

Rapid Improvement Campaigns are quoted on a firm, fixed price basis determined by the scope of the improvement, the services required and the number of teams deployed.

Rapid Improvement Campaign Services:

Fast-Change Opportunity Assessment | 2-5 Days

Two to five-day on site assessment conducted by Leap to determine the potential for gain and barriers to improvement. The output is a Fast-Change Opportunity Report for presentation to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

 


 

Leadership Jumpstart Event | 1-3 Days

One to three-day senior leadership meeting to align on goals and priorities for improvement, and to develop the Rapid Improvement Campaign including teams, tools to be used and timelines.

 


 

Fast-Change Team Launch and Coaching Support | 60-90 Days

60 to 90-day engagement of one or more teams to accomplish the campaign objectives. Leap support includes facilitation of workshops to accelerate teams into action, weekly coaching of team leaders, and facilitation of formal progress check meetings and a final wrap-up meeting.

 


 

Listen, Learn & Leverage Meeting | 1-2 Days

One to two-day event that provides the opportunity for teams to report on results, sponsors to recognize contributions and make decisions on proposals for sustaining results and, for everyone involved, to capture lessons learned.
