Get on the Path to Faster Lean Six Sigma Results!

Demonstration Projects

Like what you see but need proof-of-results before making a firm commitment to Rapid Action Tools?

Leap Technologies can work with you to facilitate a “Test Run” of the tools. It’s as simple as identifying an area of your organization where Rapid Action Tools are a potential fit.

An experienced Leap Rapid Action Coach will work with you and interested sponsor managers to qualify the opportunities, craft team charters and plan the launch of one or more Rapid Action Teams.

Over the next 60 days we will model the role your Black Belts will take when trained in the Rapid Action Process and Tools. Green Belt candidates can be assigned as Rapid Action Team Leaders to test the merits of the process as an on-the-job training program in project leadership.

Most important, the demonstration project will generate immediate improvements in performance that, depending on the focus of assignments, will more than pay for the test.

Master Coach Certification and Licensing

For organizations with the capability to train and certify Rapid Action Coaches internally, Leap offers a Master Coach Certification and Licensing Program. We train your designated Master Coach candidates through a co-delivery and mentoring approach that usually involves co-facilitation of one or two Rapid Action Coach Workshops and coaching to fully integrate and hardwire Rapid Action Tools into your Lean Six Sigma Deployment.

Rapid Action Team Leader & Coach Certification

Ready to integrate Rapid Action Tools into your Lean Six Sigma Deployment? We’re ready to support you immediately with our Rapid Action Team Leader & Coach Certification Programs. You provide an initial cadre of Black and/or Green Belts to attend our two-day Rapid Action Team Leader Workshop.

Your Belts will learn the process and tools through a live simulation using a Rapid Action Team Charter developed from a target opportunity in your organization. We will also work with each Belt to develop a Rapid Action Team Charter and prepare for launch.

After the workshop, we will provide coaching support as your Belts launch and complete their Rapid Action Projects. Upon successful project completion, we help you to summarize results, capture lessons learned and formulate a plan for ongoing deployment tailored to your organizations needs.

For those Belts that will take Rapid Action Tools to the next level of applicatio, we offer a two-day Coach Certification workshop where Belts learn how to add Rapid Action Tools to DMAIC projects and lean process redesign events to speed deployment of solutions.
